  • Your mission will be to design, execute, and optimize B2B email campaigns end-to-end in order to drive measurable engagement and business impact.

  • You will be part of a team of 5 people (4 permanent + 1 apprentice), working closely with Marketing Ops, Lifecycle Marketing, PMM, Field Marketers, Content, and Startup Program.
  • YOUR DAILY ROUTINE
  • - Manage and plan incoming briefs for marketing campaigns
  • - Design and prepare email campaigns (segmentation, targeting, personalization)
  • - Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (PMM, Field, Content…)
  • - Execute and launch campaigns in Hubspot
  • - Monitor performance and optimize campaigns for business KPIs (beyond open/click rates)
  • - Ensure compliance with GDPR and best practices in email UX and design
  • - Report on results and document campaigns
  • - Explore new trends and propose innovative approaches in email marketing

Requirements

  • HARDSKILLS :
  • - 2–3 years of experience in email campaign management, ideally in B2B SaaS/Tech
  • - Mastery of a marketing automation tool (Hubspot preferred; Marketo, Pardot also relevant)
  • - Strong knowledge of segmentation, personalization, and targeting strategies
  • - Good understanding of email design, copywriting, and UX best practices
  • - Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze KPIs and optimize for business results
  • SOFTSKILLS :
  • - Rigorous and detail-oriented (no broken links or targeting mistakes)
  • - Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • - Initiative-driven, capable of proposing improvements (not just executing)
  • - Results-oriented, focused on business impact rather than vanity metrics
  • - Curious and eager to stay up to date with email and marketing trends
