About the role

  • Manage billing and credit note issuance at each closing period
  • Monitor and collect unpaid invoices (Sellsy, Console, Chorus platforms)
  • Record and reconcile bank transfers and vouchers (Sellsy & Console)
  • Handle incoming requests and maintain customer communication on billing-related matters
  • Deposit invoices on client and internal platforms (e.g., Chorus, Ariba)
  • Process purchase orders and manage associated documentation
  • Create quotes and handle service termination or modification requests
  • Update Salesforce, record bank details, and ensure data accuracy
  • Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Support teams for process alignment
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and automation initiatives

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in administrative management, billing, or collections
  • Strong command of Excel and Office suite
  • Familiarity with billing or ERP platforms (Sellsy, Chorus, Ariba, Salesforce)
  • Experience handling purchase orders and working with major accounts
  • Understanding of account reconciliation and credit management processes
