Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience recruiting across multiple open roles at the same time
- Experience hiring for remote roles across multiple regions
- Advanced English skills
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to move faster
- Familiarity with an ATS, ideally Workable
- Strong opinions about recruitment. You have ideas on how things should work and you like talking about them.
Benefits
Comp & perks- $1,250/month for the first 90 days
- $1,500/month after 90 days, assuming strong performance
