About the role
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Schedule and confirm in-home consultations and installation appointments.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the order and delivery process.
- Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and request Google Reviews.
- Track orders with suppliers and confirm delivery dates.
- Communicate updates with the installation team and customers.
- Keep accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems.
- Manage and create content for Facebook and Instagram.
- Post regularly, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages.
- Support email campaigns by adding new contacts and managing lists.
- Conduct outbound calls to Realtors, contractors, designers, and new homeowners.
- Research and generate targeted call lists for outreach.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for sales opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Marketing Assistant.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient with CRM systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms.
- Creative and skilled in using Canva to design engaging social media posts
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- Outbound calling or lead generation experience is a plus.
