About the role

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Schedule and confirm in-home consultations and installation appointments.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout the order and delivery process.
  • Follow up with customers after installation to ensure satisfaction and request Google Reviews.
  • Track orders with suppliers and confirm delivery dates.
  • Communicate updates with the installation team and customers.
  • Keep accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems.
  • Manage and create content for Facebook and Instagram.
  • Post regularly, engage with followers, and respond to comments/messages.
  • Support email campaigns by adding new contacts and managing lists.
  • Conduct outbound calls to Realtors, contractors, designers, and new homeowners.
  • Research and generate targeted call lists for outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads for sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or Marketing Assistant.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient with CRM systems, scheduling software, and social media platforms.
  • Creative and skilled in using Canva to design engaging social media posts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Outbound calling or lead generation experience is a plus.
