About the role
- Owns a feature set or product area, including backlog and release planning.
- Supports product performance by tracking usage and adoption metrics.
- Collaborates closely with stakeholders and GPM to align priorities.
- Translates business and portfolio objectives into actionable requirements.
- Leads discovery, including partner interviews, ensuring problem and solution validation.
- Contributes to maintaining a product roadmap with near-term detail and alignment to long-term vision.
- Balances partner needs with technical feasibility when scoping features.
- Documents product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborates closely with UX Design to create intuitive and partner-centric experiences.
Requirements
- SaaS product management experience preferred (IT/MSP sector is an asset)
- Experience contributing to product roadmaps and delivering features
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to write clear product documentation and user stories
- Recommended: Pragmatic Institute certifications
