About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

As a Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing entirely new products and innovating within our existing technology stack.
This will involve research, analysis, design, and planning, as well as teamwork, collaboration, and mentoring team members to help shape the product to be the best it can be.
Build next generation AI native cybersecurity and compliance products for our partners and customers.
Create highly responsive front ends, scalable public APIs and backend infrastructure using Java /C# / .NET, React / Typescript / Angular, REST APIs, SQL, and AWS.
Write AI agents, build MCP servers and roll out native AI product features using Python, Lang Graph, Open AI, Vector databases and advanced prompting techniques.
Use AI assisted software development tools, practices and methodologies to accelerate delivery and innovate on the next frontier of software development.
Gain in-depth insight into our challenges, business model, and product.
Create software solutions through stakeholder collaboration, system analysis, and adherence to the development lifecycle.
Continuously roll out new features for our applications.
Assess operational feasibility by analyzing, defining problems, specifying requirements, and proposing solutions.
Document and illustrate solutions with clear code, diagrams, and documentation.
Enhance operations by analyzing processes and suggesting improvements.
Stay updated with the latest development tools and techniques, while expanding your knowledge through education, publications, and networking.
Safeguard operations with secure coding practices and confidentiality.
Support and mentor fellow engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and educational opportunities.
Uphold and enhance company coding standards and mentor junior and mid-level engineers to adhere to them.
Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create new products and features, while providing estimated delivery times.
Make swift, well-informed decisions and take ownership of large-scale services and applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A full stack engineer who can effortlessly navigate between fixing a table layout on the front end to resolving a scalability challenge with a data API in one of the microservices.
7+ years of hands-on experience in SAAS application development across different layers of a software technology stack.
Highly skilled in at least one of the languages like Java, Python, .NET framework (C#) and React (Typescript).
Familiarity with using frameworks and techniques such as Langgraph, Langchain, RAG retrieval.
Strong SQL and database management skills including vector databases.
Proficiency in working within AWS/Azure environments.
Familiarity with DevOps practices is a plus.
A solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Well-versed in Agile development methodologies.
Possesses a curious mindset, a passion for continuous learning, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Effective at collaborating with business stakeholders to clarify data requirements.
Committed to delivering practical and valuable solutions for end-users.
Embraces an agile and iterative work approach, with a keen eye for recognizing and addressing mistakes.
