Support Engineer

• Triage and resolve production issues; act as front line and take ownership until fully resolved
• Troubleshoot and fix complex production issues across serverless architecture, Python code, external integrations, and SQL stored procedures
• Support and maintain application health, stability, reliability, and performance
• Improve knowledge base and documentation by documenting solutions and best practices
• Collaborate closely with other engineers and stakeholders, clearly communicating technical issues and solutions
• Participate in rare "all hands on deck" moments beyond regular hours to resolve critical incidents
