Requirements

  • Proven leadership in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CS Operations

  • Exceptional organizational rigor and documentation discipline
  • Hands-on operating experience with HubSpot, GetAccept, Chargebee & Chargebee Receivables, Gainsight, Zendesk, Gong, Email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Comfort using native AI features with human oversight
  • Schedule flexibility to cover Pacific hours and respond to East Coast operational emergencies
  • Sharp prioritization, escalation, and risk-management instincts
