About the role
- Power the core engine supporting GTM teams
- Lead CS Operations, Billing, Sales Operations, and GTM Tech Stack Management
- Ensure consistent and on-time execution across all functions
- Run operating rhythm that keeps Sales, Customer Success, and Finance aligned
- Own RevOps intake queue with triage, prioritization, and task tracking
- Maintain operational ownership across various platforms like HubSpot, Chargebee, and Zendesk
- Use AI features to enhance operational execution
- Lead CS Ops, Billing, and Sales Ops analyst team
- Uphold access controls and change-management
Requirements
- Proven leadership in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or CS Operations
- Team leadership in hiring, coaching, and performance management context
- Exceptional organizational rigor and documentation discipline
- Hands-on operating experience with HubSpot, GetAccept, Chargebee & Chargebee Receivables, Gainsight, Zendesk, Gong, Email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfort using native AI features with human oversight
- Schedule flexibility to cover Pacific hours and respond to East Coast operational emergencies
- Sharp prioritization, escalation, and risk-management instincts
