About the role
- Serve as ScalePad’s outward facing representative, owning and growing a defined book of business
- Drive expansion revenue through upselling, cross selling, and adoption of ScalePad products
- Build and manage a healthy sales funnel through proactive sequencing and targeted account segmentation
- Own an MRR based revenue model and manage accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Identify and develop opportunities to deepen ScalePad’s position as a trusted partner
- Deliver high level, value focused product demonstrations aligned to partner outcomes
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success and other departments to ensure successful partner outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Account Management or Account Executive experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong work ethic and the capacity to work intelligently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Experience applying sales methodologies for deep discovery and strong negotiations
- Strong process-oriented mindset and prioritization skills
- Assertiveness with ability to engage and captivate audiences
- Self-starter mentality with quick learning abilities and a passion for speed
