About the role
- Manage all strategic post-sales activity for various customer segments
- Maintain deep understanding of the product to help customers achieve business objectives
- Leverage high-touch and one-to-many tactics for positive outcomes
- Proactively identify and flag churn risk
- Develop, test, and iterate on engagement strategies
- Analyze customer data for effective engagement within portfolio
- Partner with Sales, Account Management, Marketing, and Product teams
- Function as the voice of the customer
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B customer success
- Experience working with a large portfolio of customers (+100)
- High prioritization skills and process orientation
- Context switching ability
- Experience using a dynamic tech stack including Hubspot and Gainsight
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
- Ability to take initiative and adapt
