- Drive revenue growth in India by building and executing a partner-led go-to-market strategy
- Establish and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem
- Lead structured partner performance management
- Identify capability gaps in the market and work to close them
- Build and deepen relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
- Represent Scaled Agile in the India market through industry events and speaking engagements
Requirements
- Proven experience leading market growth in India
- Deep understanding of the India market
- Strong track record of building, managing, and scaling partner-led go-to-market models
- Experience holding partners accountable through structured performance management
- Demonstrated ability to drive and close enterprise deals
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Background in enterprise transformation, Agile, digital transformation, or related consulting environments
- Experience identifying capability gaps within a market or partner ecosystem
- Strong communication and storytelling skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in a startup company or expanding a business unit
