Drive revenue growth in India by building and executing a partner-led go-to-market strategy
Establish and grow a high-performing partner ecosystem

Identify capability gaps in the market and work to close them
Build and deepen relationships with senior executives and decision-makers
Represent Scaled Agile in the India market through industry events and speaking engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience leading market growth in India
Deep understanding of the India market
Strong track record of building, managing, and scaling partner-led go-to-market models
Experience holding partners accountable through structured performance management
Demonstrated ability to drive and close enterprise deals
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
Background in enterprise transformation, Agile, digital transformation, or related consulting environments
Experience identifying capability gaps within a market or partner ecosystem
Strong communication and storytelling skills
Entrepreneurial spirit with experience in a startup company or expanding a business unit
