About the role
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information using an Applicant Tracking System
- Update and maintain candidate information in an Applicant Tracking System
- Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role in the international environment
- Ability to conduct structured interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and evaluate their fit for the organization
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods (recruiting for IT/Tech roles would be an advantage)
- Familiarity with social media, sourcing channels, and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
