About the role
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of the **data warehouse** and **data architecture**, ensuring scalability and efficiency
- Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and **ETL/ELT processes** for analytical and operational needs
- Develop and manage data integrations across internal and external systems
- Ensure high **data quality** and strong **data governance** through validation and monitoring best practices
- Collaborate closely with analysts, data scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, accessible data
- Use **Google Cloud Platform **(GCP), **BigQuery**, **dbt, **and **Apache Superset** to build and enhance data infrastructure
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Strong hands-on experience with **GCP** and **BigQuery**
- Experience using dbt for data transformation and modeling
- Proficiency in **Python** and **SQL**
- Practical experience building and optimizing **ETL/ELT** pipelines
- Familiarity with **Apache Superset** or other **data visualization tools**
- Experience with modern development tools **(Git, Jira, Docker**, etc.)
- Experience in banking or fintech is an advantage
