About the role

  • Assist in the conception, design, and implementation of modern websites and landing pages — primarily using Webflow
  • Optimize existing pages through A/B testing, focusing on UX/UI and conversion rate optimization
  • Create graphics, designs, and animations for websites, social media, and digital advertising assets
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the corporate design, including maintenance of the style guide and quality assurance of design standards
  • Actively monitor design and web trends to continuously improve visual communication
  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and development teams in an agile work environment

Requirements

  • Enrolled student (m/f/d) in Design, Web Design, Media Design, or a related degree program
  • Some professional experience in web design, ideally through internships or working student positions
  • Strong sense for attractive and user-friendly designs and current UX/UI trends
  • Very good knowledge of Webflow
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD (advantageous)
  • Creative, reliable, and service-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English skills
