About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify B2B leads.
- Identify and pursue corporate gifting opportunities, with particular focus on seasonal campaigns and holiday periods.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospects by providing tailored product information and solutions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up cadences to move leads through the pipeline efficiently.
- Maintain organized records of leads, client interactions, and follow-ups using a CRM system.
- Ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks through disciplined pipeline management.
- Partner with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and continuously improve outreach strategies.
- Contribute to campaign planning and performance optimization across seasonal initiatives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation; B2B experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated track record of hitting outreach targets or sales goals.
- Experience conducting outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Prior exposure to corporate or B2B gifting, e-commerce, or related industries is a plus.
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Proactive and driven with a genuine passion for creating delightful customer experiences.
- Positive, can-do attitude and strong ability to build rapport with business clients.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment while staying aligned with team goals.
