About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital growth marketing strategies that support revenue objectives.
  • Lead paid customer acquisition initiatives across DTC, Amazon, and retail channels.
  • Own media planning, buying, optimization, and budget allocation across multiple advertising platforms.
  • Continuously optimize acquisition funnels using performance data and customer insights.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and additional paid social platforms.
  • Evaluate and expand into emerging advertising channels as appropriate.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets to maximize ROAS and business growth.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve paid media efficiency and customer acquisition.
  • Lead creative advertising strategy where creative assets serve as primary audience targeting mechanisms.
  • Source competitive advertising concepts and develop creative briefs.
  • Oversee production and delivery of advertising assets with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with customer needs, brand positioning, and growth objectives.
  • Partner with lifecycle marketing, ecommerce, retail, product, engineering, and brand marketing teams.
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth across channels.
  • Advocate for improvements across the customer acquisition and conversion funnel.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of marketing attribution and conversion performance.
  • Establish KPIs, forecasting models, and performance reporting aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor ROAS, customer acquisition costs, customer lifetime value, and overall marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and new advertising platforms.
  • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Mentor and guide marketing team members to execute high-impact campaigns.
  • Promote operational excellence across growth marketing initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience in growth marketing with an emphasis on creative strategy and paid media.
  • Experience managing paid advertising across Meta, Google, and YouTube.
  • Experience developing and executing customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience leading media planning and buying initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional marketing, product, and engineering teams.
  • Experience working within high-growth or startup environments.
  • Experience leading or mentoring marketing team members.
  • Experience managing marketing performance reporting and forecasting.
