About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a trusted extension of the CEO to help manage priorities and key initiatives.
Anticipate challenges and proactively identify solutions.
Support executive decision-making through research, analysis, and execution.
Help ensure strategic initiatives continue moving forward.
Independently manage projects from planning through completion.
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving operations, sales, customer support, and leadership.
Track timelines, deliverables, and action items.
Conduct research on software platforms, vendors, partnerships, hiring initiatives, and operational improvements.
Present actionable recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in operations, project management, executive support, business operations, or similar roles.
Experience supporting senior leadership or business owners.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Experience conducting business research and supporting strategic initiatives.
Experience improving operational processes and workflows.
