About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage inbound leads from social media, applications, email, and referrals
- Conduct timely and consistent lead follow-up
- Own CRM hygiene and lead tracking processes
- Book sales calls and manage scheduling activities
- Maintain high levels of organization across sales operations activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in Sales Coordination, Lead Management, Customer Success, Sales Operations, or CRM-focused roles
- Strong experience working within CRM systems
- Experience managing large lead volumes
- Excellent follow-up and lead nurturing capabilities
