Key responsibilities & impact

Audit current workflows for order processing, financial management, and operational activities.
Analyze existing software functionality to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
Evaluate accounting processes and recommend AI-enhanced solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational scalability.
Build and deploy AI agents using ChatGPT, Claude, and related AI technologies.
Automate accounting workflows within QuickBooks, including invoice scanning, filing, and processing activities.
Create secure automated systems for order processing, data retrieval, organization, and storage.
Implement AI-powered solutions that automate repetitive and business-critical tasks.
Partner closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to implement automation solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience implementing AI solutions within business operations.
Expert-level experience working with ChatGPT, Claude, and AI-powered workflow automation.
Experience developing and deploying AI agents and automation systems.
Experience automating accounting and financial workflows.
Experience working with QuickBooks and accounting-related processes is strongly preferred.
Experience with order processing systems and operational software.
Experience integrating AI solutions with existing business platforms and systems.
Experience providing training, documentation, and implementation support for business users.
