About the role

  • Quickly engage with inbound leads to qualify them and schedule calls with the sales team
  • Own both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to expand the sales pipeline
  • Develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences to nurture inbound leads
  • Maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot and report on performance metrics
  • Proactively follow up with leads to keep them engaged and on track for meetings
  • Demonstrate mastery of AI tools for sales outreach and pipeline automation

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role
  • Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills
  • Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools for creating and implementing email sequences and automation
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and skilled at incorporating AI into daily tasks
  • Ability to quickly master new sales tools, strategies, and systems
  • Motivated to hit targets and thrive in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort while managing vendors
