About the role
- Quickly engage with inbound leads to qualify them and schedule calls with the sales team
- Own both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts to expand the sales pipeline
- Develop, test, and implement targeted email sequences to nurture inbound leads
- Maintain accurate lead records in HubSpot and report on performance metrics
- Proactively follow up with leads to keep them engaged and on track for meetings
- Demonstrate mastery of AI tools for sales outreach and pipeline automation
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a B2B sales development or lead generation role
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills
- Experience with HubSpot, Instantly, or similar tools for creating and implementing email sequences and automation
- Comfortable using CRM systems and skilled at incorporating AI into daily tasks
- Ability to quickly master new sales tools, strategies, and systems
- Motivated to hit targets and thrive in a high-pressure environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort while managing vendors
