About the role

  • Edit long-form content such as keynote speeches, interviews, and panel discussions into engaging short-form videos
  • Create Instagram Reels and short-form videos optimized for social media platforms
  • Add captions, subtitles, and visual elements that improve engagement
  • Stay up to date with social media trends across Instagram, TikTok, and other short-form video platforms
  • Identify trending formats and proactively suggest new content ideas
  • Quickly produce trend-based content aligned with the brand’s voice
  • Consistently produce two short-form videos per day for publishing
  • Write short captions aligned with the brand’s tone and voice
  • Prepare content for publishing and coordinate approvals with the team
  • Create and maintain a social media content calendar

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience producing short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, or YouTube Shorts
  • Experience editing video content using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for video editing or content repurposing is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and short-form video formats
  • Ability to produce high-quality content with quick turnaround times
  • Strong attention to visual storytelling, pacing, and audience engagement
  • Proactive and creative mindset with the ability to bring new ideas to the team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced content environment
  • Highly organized and able to manage multiple content tasks simultaneously
