Sales Operations Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the sales team by managing CRM records and overseeing data cleanup initiatives.
- Handle sales reporting and execute various sales enablement tasks.
- Administer responsibilities related to HR and recruitment.
- Ensure CRM records are accurate and well-organized.
- Provide relevant lead information and prepare materials for sales calls, meetings, and pitches.
- Track key performance metrics for decision-making.
- Respond to Tier 1 sales follow-up tasks as needed.
- Ensure CRM data and filters are clean and aligned with client development goals.
- Enter pet-related M&A transactions and add relevant companies and contacts to the CRM.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a related field.
- Experience in business or finance environments is highly preferred.
- Experience with sales reporting and preparing data for sales teams.
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with Pipeline is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to clean, organize, and interpret sales data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clarity and professionalism.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid business or finance foundation with a strong desire to continue expanding knowledge in this area.
- Proactive, organized, and willing to step in and support various areas of the business as needed.
