About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the sales team by managing CRM records and overseeing data cleanup initiatives.
Handle sales reporting and execute various sales enablement tasks.
Administer responsibilities related to HR and recruitment.
Ensure CRM records are accurate and well-organized.
Provide relevant lead information and prepare materials for sales calls, meetings, and pitches.
Track key performance metrics for decision-making.
Respond to Tier 1 sales follow-up tasks as needed.
Ensure CRM data and filters are clean and aligned with client development goals.
Enter pet-related M&A transactions and add relevant companies and contacts to the CRM.
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth workflows and effective communication.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in sales operations, CRM management, or a related field.
Experience in business or finance environments is highly preferred.
Experience with sales reporting and preparing data for sales teams.
Strong proficiency with CRM systems; familiarity with Pipeline is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to clean, organize, and interpret sales data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with clarity and professionalism.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid business or finance foundation with a strong desire to continue expanding knowledge in this area.
Proactive, organized, and willing to step in and support various areas of the business as needed.
