About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set up and manage Attio CRM, including contact records, deal pipeline stages, tagging structure, and reporting views.
- Build marketing automation workflows, including website visitor triggers, lead capture sequences, follow-up cadences, and nurture flows.
- Configure email templates and sequences for prospect outreach, event follow-ups, and newsletter subscriber engagement.
- Maintain clean CRM data through deduplication, enrichment, and lifecycle stage tracking.
- Implement the internal operations playbook across content, sales, client delivery, and business infrastructure workflows.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in a hybrid marketing and operations role
- Experience setting up and managing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Attio, Salesforce, or similar platforms
- Hands-on experience building marketing automation workflows, including email sequences, lead scoring, and trigger-based actions
- Background in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology marketing is preferred
