Oversee the operational performance of client accounts
Monitor hiring pipelines across accounts
Ensure hiring processes move efficiently

Manage 2–3 Account Managers responsible for client coordination
Set clear expectations and performance standards
Review hiring progress across accounts
Coach team members on client communication
Support escalations when issues arise
Develop team members into stronger operators
Maintain strong client relationships
Lead client check-ins
Manage expectations during hiring processes
Address issues quickly
Ensure clients feel supported throughout engagements

Requirements

What you’ll need

6–8+ years in staffing or recruiting agency environments
Experience managing complex client engagements
Experience leading client-facing teams
Strong operational thinking and organization
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
