About the role

  • Execute bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and journal entries
  • Support tax preparation and auditing processes as needed
  • Maintain clean, organized, and up-to-date financial records
  • Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Improve auditing and reporting processes through better systems and documentation
  • Develop, document, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Use Excel and QuickBooks to organize, analyze, and report financial data
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline repetitive tasks such as email management and follow-ups
  • Manage email communications professionally with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial data management
  • Exposure to auditing, tax processes, or administrative support within accounting environments
  • Background in accounting preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Ability to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Familiarity with modern workflow optimization tools
