About the role
- Own and manage the project management infrastructure, starting with the cleanup and restructuring of ClickUp
- Ensure projects, tasks, and workflows are clearly defined and properly organized
- Define, document, and enforce clear processes for client work, deliverables, and internal collaboration
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable workflows across the organization
- Coordinate across a distributed, asynchronous team to ensure projects stay on track
- Ensure deadlines are met and nothing falls through the cracks
- Evaluate whether current tools such as ClickUp are optimal and recommend alternatives if needed
- Support overall operational efficiency by identifying gaps and systemizing workflows
- Use AI tools to automate processes, build workflows, and improve productivity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally in an agency or consulting environment
- Expert-level proficiency in ClickUp
- Experience with other tools such as Asana or similar platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with automation tools and AI workflows
- Strong process design and systems thinking capabilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous environment
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to bring structure to ambiguity
