About the role
- Translate business objectives into clear, actionable marketing priorities across organic, paid, email, SEO, and partnership initiatives
- Ensure messaging, timing, and channel execution are aligned across teams to avoid siloed efforts
- Maintain consistency in brand positioning by reinforcing the brand’s science-based, educational approach across all marketing touchpoints
- Own and manage the affiliate program, including partner identification, onboarding, content coordination, and performance tracking
- Analyze results to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities
- Collaborate closely with the Email & CRM Specialist to align lifecycle data, attribution, and insights
- Act as the primary point of contact for external partners and agencies (e.g., paid media, SEO)
Requirements
- 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives from planning through execution
- Experience working with eCommerce, health, wellness, or education-driven brands strongly preferred
- Experience working with Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or any other CRM.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Comfort managing both internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
