About the role
- Research potential leads to identify qualified prospects aligned with the target audience
- Refine lead lists based on research to ensure effective outreach strategies
- Conduct outreach through email, phone, and text to engage prospects and schedule appointments
- Perform follow-up outreach to confirm appointments and maintain consistent engagement
- Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team, ensuring meetings are properly organized
- Provide necessary details and reminders to both leads and the sales team prior to scheduled appointments
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of interactions
- Manage calendar and follow-ups to ensure timely communication and organization
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in appointment setting, customer outreach, or a related role
- Experience with high-volume outreach through email, phone, or text (preferred but not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules effectively
- Familiarity with lead generation concepts and the sales process
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and tools
- Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented approach
