About the role
- Conduct daily outbound calls to doctors and clinics across multiple states.
- Identify true decision-makers within complex clinic structures.
- Execute multi-touch cold outreach across phone, email, and video.
- Run discovery, qualification, and education calls.
- Book and lead video appointments explaining compounding pharmacy services and workflows.
- Manage long-nurture, multi-step sales cycles (non-transactional).
- Present value clearly to physicians and their teams to drive adoption of services.
- Explain compounding services in clear, simple terms doctors can relay to patients.
- Educate clinics on workflows, use cases, and best practices.
- Build strong relationships with clinics while avoiding direct involvement in service or support issues.
- Redirect customer service matters to internal teams while maintaining trust with practices.
- Ensure consistent follow-up and pipeline progression.
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, activity logs, and pipeline status.
- Use tools such as Zoom, HubSpot, Microsoft Outlook, and Teams confidently.
- Track all interactions and follow-ups with high attention to detail.
Requirements
- 3+ years in pharmaceutical, medical device, dental, or similar regulated/technical sales roles.
- Proven experience managing full-cycle sales: prospecting → discovery → presentation → nurturing → close.
- Strong track record in cold calling, navigating gatekeepers, and engaging doctors or clinic decision-makers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Strong investigative skills to identify decision-makers and understand clinic workflows.
- High-level organization, follow-up discipline, and persistence in multi-touch sales cycles.
- Comfort and confidence delivering video presentations to healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency with HubSpot (or similar CRM), Zoom, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Independent, proactive approach with strong work ethic.
- Comfort with rejection and high-volume outreach.
- Patient, strategic mindset suited for long-cycle medical sales.
