About the role

  • Design and build internal AI-powered systems that support project management and operational workflows.
  • Develop integrations between tools such as Claude, Asana, Slack, email systems, and automation platforms.
  • Translate business processes into scalable AI-driven operational systems.
  • Maintain and update internal AI infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design AI-powered project management framework.

Requirements

  • Experience building AI-powered automation systems or internal operational tools.
  • Experience integrating AI tools with project management or operational platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with large language models such as Claude or OpenAI.
  • Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
  • Its a plus if you have worked in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
