About the role
- Set qualified appointments by engaging with leads and scheduling calls with potential clients.
- Ensure all appointments are scheduled in alignment with sales targets and objectives.
- Work closely with the sales team to confirm appointments and align on expectations.
- Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and emails to confirm qualification and appointment details.
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and concerns while maintaining clear communication throughout the scheduling process.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure all prospects are properly entered, tracked, and followed up with.
- Keep the CRM system updated with appointment status, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Take proactive steps to ensure clients attend scheduled calls through reminders and confirmations via phone, email, and text.
- Address concerns or obstacles that may prevent clients from attending calls or appointments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR.
- Proven experience setting appointments and following up with leads through multiple communication channels, including calls, emails, and texts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong English grammar and tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a busy pipeline of leads and appointments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools.
- Ability to engage and nurture leads while maintaining commitment to scheduled appointments.
- Highly proactive with a strong sense of responsibility for follow-up and appointment completion.
