About the role
- Optimize workflow and company efficiency as a Bookkeeper
- Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, and reporting
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests by phone or email
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and ConnectWise
Requirements
- General bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
- Accounts payable and receivable experience
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving ability to identify and address discrepancies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality
- Experience with MS Office applications and QuickBooks preferred
- Experience in a Managed Services Provider or related industry is a plus
- Experience with ConnectWise is an asset
- Must be organized, self-motivated, and willing to adapt
- Flexible work-from-home arrangement
- Permanent night shift schedule
