Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for conceiving, implementing and overseeing the content strategy
Develop new formats and substantive content together with your team
Provide insights that empower people to become ETF investors
Increase justETF's brand presence
Lead a team of experts in social media, editorial and design, and support the professional development of your team members
Establish a working approach that is both creative and data-driven across your teams
Optimize the content strategy for maximum impact

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in marketing, communications, business administration, economics or a related field
Several years of professional experience in content marketing, social media or journalism, ideally with a focus on finance/banking, fintech and/or economics
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful content strategies, combined with strong conceptual skills, creativity and the courage to try new approaches
Above-average understanding of financial markets and economic relationships
Several years' experience in both functional and disciplinary team leadership and in successfully managing complex projects
Strong communication skills (German and English) with the ability to present complex concepts clearly and concisely, both written and verbal.
