About the role
- Lead the end-to-end preparation and submission of regulatory reports
- Interpret and assess the strategic relevance of new regulatory requirements
- Manage the continuous improvement, automation, and transformation of processes, controls, and data quality
- Take full ownership for regulatory reporting aspects of high-impact interdisciplinary projects
- Act as a key point person for internal and external auditors as well as regulators
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a comparable role in the financial services industry
- Exposure to reporting processes required for market-making activities is desirable
- Completed a degree with a focus on finance, accounting, or law
- Strong analytical skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Excellent command of both English and German, written and spoken
- Experience with large data sets and ideally with SQL
- Previous experience with Regnology/Abacus platform is a plus
