About the role

  • Be part of a highly motivated cross-functional team focusing on the expansion of our broker business
  • Build and run one of the fastest-growing neo-brokers in Europe
  • Develop and maintain backend systems using Kotlin/Java and related technologies
  • Work with modern software development practices: agile, self-sufficient teams, CI/CD, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure and tooling
  • Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver well-architected, testable features

Requirements

  • A university degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, engineering, sciences) or a comparable qualification
  • Exposure and/or interest in Kotlin, Java, GraphQL, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, Terraform
  • Previous experience with GDPR compliance and security topics is a big advantage
  • Strong analytical thinking in both technical and product domains
  • Excellent communication skills tailored to engineering, product, and other stakeholders
  • A passion for well architected, testable and documented code
  • Experience with domain-driven design and distributed architectures and/or microservices is a plus
  • Background in financial services is a strong plus
