About the role

  • Join a cross-functional team to improve Customer Support effectiveness and satisfy the next million clients.
  • Work as a Backend/Salesforce Engineer and build features in the domain of Customer Support and Self-Service.
  • Own and evolve Salesforce solutions for Customer Support and other operations teams.
  • Integrate Salesforce with knowledge base, phone system, the Scalable Capital backend and other services.
  • Leverage AWS cloud and serverless services to build and run our platform efficiently.
  • Write clean, testable, maintainable and well-documented code and treat security as a first class citizen.
  • Be part of modern software development practices (agile and self-managed teams, CI/CD, test automation, cloud-based infrastructure and tooling).
  • Opportunity to grow into a Salesforce developer or Fullstack developer.

Requirements

  • A university degree in a relevant field of study (Computer Science, Engineering, Business, etc.) or a comparable practical experience.
  • Extensive professional experience working with Salesforce or similar.
  • Experience with Service Cloud functionalities like Omni Channel, LiveChat, and Salesforce Flows.
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification is a must.
  • Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certifications are good to have.
  • A passion for well architected, testable and documented solutions and an agile mindset.
  • Strong analytical thinking, both in the technical and in the product domain.
  • Crisp communication skills in English.
  • Background in the financial industry and financial software product development is an advantage.
  • Experience with AWS cloud and serverless services and backend integrations.
