About the role

  • Development, planning and implementation of the social media strategy across all relevant platforms
  • Conceptualization, creation and publishing of content in various formats
  • Close collaboration with the content-creation team to develop creative ideas
  • Active community management, including engagement with the community
  • Analysis of target audiences, trends and platform insights
  • Ensuring a consistent brand presence across all channels
  • Support for campaigns by preparing presentations and briefings

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree in marketing, communications, media, or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in social media management, preferably in an agency or content-focused role
  • Confident user of major social media platforms with an understanding of their mechanics, trends and audiences
  • Creative flair for storytelling, visual language, and content formats
  • Basic knowledge of common analytics and planning tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Insights, LinkedIn Analytics)
  • Excellent written communication skills and a strong sense for on‑brand communication
  • Strong organizational skills, initiative and the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in planning and managing social ads is an advantage
  • Very good German and English skills
