About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute outbound outreach via phone and email targeting healthcare decision-makers (hospital administrators, clinic managers, payers, etc.)
  • Research and build targeted prospect lists using relevant prospecting tools
  • Draft and send personalized outreach sequences, follow-up emails, and cold call scripts
  • Book virtual and in-person meetings directly with clinics and hospitals on behalf of the organization.
  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately
  • Track outreach metrics such as open rates, reply rates, and meetings booked
  • Assist in preparing sales decks, proposals, and outreach collateral
  • Monitor email inboxes, respond to initial inquiries, and route warm leads appropriately.
  • Support the sales team with reporting, data entry, and day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ year of experience in US healthcare sales, business development, or a similar outreach-focused role
  • Proven ability to book meetings directly with clinic and hospital stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline and contact management
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong phone presence with experience in cold calling and follow-ups
  • Solid research and list-building abilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
  • Basic understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem (hospitals, payers, health systems, physician groups)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
