About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform cleanroom duties and all duties listed on the daily schedule
Operate motorized cleaning equipment
Maintain daily upkeep and cleanliness of the assigned area
Report incidents and hazardous conditions to the supervisor
Comply with safety rules, policies, procedures, protocols, and company rules
Perform work assignments with other employees and repetitive tasks
Communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers
Fill in during staff shortages
Support the shift lead in completing punch-list items
Use proper personal protective equipment
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct
Understand customer service, satisfaction, reporting systems, and the work environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma/GED with 6 months–1 year of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and safely
Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds
May be required to have a valid driver’s license
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Ability to take direction and respond to supervision
Ability to use proper personal protective equipment
Ability to communicate professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers
