About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, develop, and implement customer strategies for retention of existing business and growth within a specific customer
  • Provide direction and develop growth and retention for client-specific programs
  • Review research to anticipate competition and market trends and translate customer attitudes of services and relationships
  • Consult with development teams on market requirements and product features
  • Communicate marketing, operations, communications, sales, and employee-satisfaction strategies from the assigned customer to the executive team
  • Coordinate and align strategy with the corporate growth plan
  • Work with other departments to develop relationships regarding pricing, positioning, and packaging
  • Evaluate and analyze program results and present recommendations for changes in strategy
  • Interview, hire, plan, assign, and direct work; conduct performance evaluations; reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems
  • Ensure employees are properly trained on tasks and safety requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field from a four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5–8 years of experience
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily
  • Supervisory and employee-management experience, including hiring, work direction, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution
  • Ability to ensure employees are trained on tasks and safety requirements
  • Ability to meet the role’s physical demands, including regularly sitting, frequently walking and using hands, and occasionally standing
