About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic support, collaboration and advisement to the executive team
  • Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars and screen contacts
  • Triage incoming communications and act as a liaison to internal/external partners
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel itineraries
  • Maintain day-to-day books for personal entities and households

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field
  • At least 3-5 years of executive administrative experience
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software systems
  • Flexible team player willing to adapt to high pressure and enjoys a challenge
  • Ability to maintain high-level of confidentiality.
