About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the management of the sales process, goals, targets may include compiling lists of prospective customers to provide sales leads to follow-up, in order to achieve strategic goals.
- Evaluate and present new business opportunities by assessing potential revenue, long-term value, and alignment with organizational capabilities.
- Maintain sales database and prospect lists. Prepare reports of business, including sales, bid tracking (lost and pending) and pipelining new reports.
- Work with and develop productive business relationships with corporate partners, including but not limited to FM Corporations, Public Institutions and related Industry Leaders
- Generate bids while working in conjunction with the Operations Regional Management. Respond efficiently to RFP’s while working in conjunction with the Operational leadership teams.
- Meet or exceed sales quota within the required time period as identified by leadership. Some travel (up to 30%) may be required.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 5-8 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, sometimes high-stress work environment.
- Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
