About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide full-cycle strategic sales leadership.
- Spearhead strategic sales initiatives that are consistent with SBM’s organic growth with existing clients while meeting regional, company, and individual growth objectives.
- Drive thought leadership opportunities and client relationship development for the business, ultimately leading to successful market penetration.
- Partner with Operations Leadership to build a long-term and sustainable business development strategy.
- Manage complex contract negotiations and work with legal counsel and finance as required.
- Communicate through active listening with clients and colleagues.
- Produce persuasive proposals through exceptional writing skills.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from a College or University or one to two years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- May required to have a valid driver’s license.
