Manage costs and revenue to meet company top and bottom-line financial goals
Directing operations necessary, both directly and through subordinate managers, to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability
Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Budget compliance for identified Accounts
Manage and retain a qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with position and compensation
Provide managerial authority over Regional Operations Director(s)

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university
5-10 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
