About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage costs and revenue to meet company top and bottom-line financial goals
- Directing operations necessary, both directly and through subordinate managers, to carry out contractual responsibilities and profitability
- Maintain a safe work environment for self and employees by implementing comprehensive safety, recognition, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Budget compliance for identified Accounts
- Manage and retain a qualified staff that is reasonably satisfied with position and compensation
- Provide managerial authority over Regional Operations Director(s)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or a related field from a four-year college or university
- 5-10 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
