💰 $34 - $37 per hour

About the role

  • Responsible for warehouse oversight and supporting GMP Manufacturing and Cold Chain Distribution
  • Generate all types of Purchase Requestions (PR’s) for Process Development (PD), Quality Control (QC), and Viral Vector PD
  • Maintain Raw Material Trackers for PD for Client projects
  • Update QC and PD logs with PR/PO’s and ETA’s
  • Obtain current status and ETA’s of Raw Materials
  • Communicate with Suppliers to expedite orders and/or receive partial shipments
  • Track progress with department supervisors, weekly meetings
  • Solicit and evaluate purchase requisitions for the requested commodity
  • Investigate and/or interview potential suppliers and initiate the New Vendor application
  • Advise team members or management on the appropriate supplier to be used
  • Coordinate with QC to distribute commodity to end-user in a timely manner

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university
  • 1+ years in a GMP setting
  • 2+ years Supply Chain experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
