About the role

  • Responsible for the recruitment and job placement activities of organization
  • Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover
  • Coach and counsel managers on matters related to candidate attraction, onboarding, and management practices
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies
  • Develop job descriptions and interview questions
  • Determine online recruiting strategies
  • Use relevant metrics to evaluate recruitment and placement effectiveness
  • Recruit and interview candidates for high-level positions
  • Provide status updates and reports to TA team and hiring managers
  • Assist with mentoring/coaching other team members as needed
  • Travel to support recruiting events as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
