About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the recruitment and job placement activities of organization
- Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover
- Coach and counsel managers on matters related to candidate attraction, onboarding, and management practices
- Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies
- Develop job descriptions and interview questions
- Determine online recruiting strategies
- Use relevant metrics to evaluate recruitment and placement effectiveness
- Recruit and interview candidates for high-level positions
- Provide status updates and reports to TA team and hiring managers
- Assist with mentoring/coaching other team members as needed
- Travel to support recruiting events as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or a related field from a four-year college or university with 3-5 years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- May be required to have a valid driver’s license.
