About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure that safety barriers in the region are properly maintained
Monitor the status of Asset Integrity and Process Safety barriers
Ensure the consistency of implementation and management of changes in the maintenance plan and CMMS
Establish specific maintenance objectives for each unit
Monitor and benchmark work order management performance against GEMS
Assess monthly KPIs and implement mitigating actions
Regularly report on issues, backlog, and progress
Provide support and solutions for regulatory, class, and non-conformity issues
Ensure consistent implementation of the maintenance strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field
10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related sector
Strong understanding of safety and integrity management, maintenance planning, and CMMS
Experience in regulatory compliance and issue resolution within a technical environment
