About the role

  • Partner with agency leadership to build and grow the paid media practice in the firm.
  • Lead the development of compelling proposals and deliver pitches to win new business.
  • Create and execute clients’ paid media programs.
  • Develop data-driven programs and evaluate strategies and tactics based on results.
  • Provide trusted and strategic counsel to clients.
  • Lead client strategy and planning meetings; persuasively present ideas and results.
  • Advise clients on best practices, new technologies, and emerging strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver comprehensive, strategic services to clients.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business development, client engagement, and revenue generation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience across political campaigns, paid media programs, and government work.
  • Proven track record of working on complex campaigns with positive outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in cross-channel media efforts, including linear, CTV, programmatic, social media, and other digital strategies.
  • Ability and excitement to lead business development opportunities.
  • Strategic, analytical, and tactical thinking skills, with a demonstrated capacity to successfully problem solve, plan, and facilitate growth.
  • Effective and persuasive communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative and supportive working style.
  • Ability to adapt and lead in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while also navigating ambiguity and change inherent to an ever-changing field.
  • Strong background in project management.
