About the role

Power BI Ownership: Develop and maintain dashboards, manage user access, configure refresh schedules, gateways, and implement data privacy and performance optimization.
SQL & Python Automation: Write and optimize SQL scripts, automate reporting and data workflows using Python, Power Query, and build API-based scripts.
Data Streaming & Real-Time Systems: Create systems for automated streaming and real-time data processing.
Business Analysis & Collaboration: Analyze business processes, test hypotheses, prepare ad-hoc reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to evolve reporting.
User Support & Documentation: Provide Power BI support, improve existing reports based on user feedback, and maintain proper documentation.

2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / BI Analyst / Data Analyst
Strong experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, tenant administration)
Solid SQL skills (DDL/DML, query optimization)
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT processes
Experience working with large datasets and business metrics to drive business decisions
Proactive, initiative-driven, deep-dive approach to data analysis and problem solving
Comfortable working from an office (if based in Prague)
English level B1 or higher
Nice to have: Python, Experience with API integrations, Knowledge of marketing analytics
