About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor infrastructure and handle routine incidents
  • Perform routine maintenance and integrity/health checks
  • Troubleshoot at intermediate level (1st/2nd level)
  • Assist with backup operations and validation
  • Follow established standards and procedures
  • Contribute to documentation updates.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced experience with Windows Server, Linux, and VMware
  • Deep knowledge of network architecture and protocols
  • Experience with enterprise backup strategies and tools (e.g., Veeam, Commvault)
  • Familiarity with infrastructure automation (PowerShell, Ansible, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
  • Advanced certifications are desirable (e.g., VCP, RHCE, Azure Administrator)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Increasing operational autonomy
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communication with colleagues and partner teams
  • Ownership and responsibility for tasks and deliverables
  • Active collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • English fluency - desirable
